Product Literature Requests Process
The Grasshopper Co. respects your right to privacy and appreciates your interest in our products. We never share or sell your name to other companies. We ask questions about your equipment use and mowing application so that we can respond appropriately to your inquiry. We use some of your answers to help determine demand for various products and gauge trends in demographics. Your name is not associated with these statistical uses.
When you request product literature, we will respond with product information and the name and location of your nearest Grasshopper dealer. Later, a follow-up card is sent to make sure your questions were answered; and last, a copy of the Grasshopper Owners Report with stories of interesting people who benefit from using Grasshopper products. We will inform your dealer that you have contacted us, so that he/she can follow up locally.
Note: We will NOT send correspondence if you do not ask for product literature. When you request product literature, we have your permission to mail information.
